ID Required
Valid government ID required for all rentals
Refundable Deposit
Security deposit returned within 5-7 days
On-Time Returns
Late returns incur additional daily charges
Report Damage
Report pre-existing damage at pickup immediately
Eligibility
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License)
  • Active email address and phone number
  • Clean rental history on the platform
Booking Process
  • Browse equipment and select rental dates
  • Submit booking request to vendor
  • Vendor reviews and approves within 24 hours
  • Pay rental amount + security deposit online
  • Receive booking confirmation via email
  • Collect equipment as per agreed schedule
Equipment Pickup
  • Arrive at vendor location at agreed time with valid ID
  • Inspect all equipment thoroughly before accepting
  • Test all functions and check for existing damage
  • Report any issues immediately — undisclosed damage = your liability
  • Sign the rental agreement provided by vendor
  • Collect all accessories listed in the booking
During the Rental
  • Keep equipment safe and secure at all times
  • Do not lend equipment to third parties
  • Use equipment only for legal purposes
  • Protect from water, dust and physical damage
  • Contact vendor immediately if equipment malfunctions
  • Do not attempt repairs yourself
Returns & Deposit
  • Return equipment at agreed time and location
  • Return in same condition as received
  • Clean equipment before returning
  • Return all original accessories and packaging
  • Deposit refunded within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Partial/full deposit forfeited for damage or late return
Cancellation Policy
  • 48+ hours before rental: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before rental: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • No-show: No refund, deposit held
  • Vendor cancellation: Full refund + 10% compensation
