1. Submit a booking request. 2. Vendor approves within 24 hours. 3. Complete payment via Razorpay. 4. Collect equipment on start date.
Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental start date receive a full refund. Later cancellations may be subject to a fee at the vendor's discretion.
